Gris Bailey Executive Director

Hi there! My name is Gris Bailey, and I serve as the Executive Director of Leadership Mission International. It is an incredible privilege to steward our mission and cast vision alongside our dedicated staff, board, donors, volunteers, and students.

At LMI, we believe leadership begins with service. We strive to model servant leadership in everything we do, recognizing that the strongest leaders are those who empower others to thrive. My hope is that every student who comes through our program feels seen, challenged, and deeply valued—not only as a future leader, but as a person with unique gifts, purpose, and potential.

Every day, I am inspired by the resilience, courage, and determination of the young women we serve. It is a joy to watch them grow in confidence, discover their calling, and return to their communities prepared to lead positive change throughout Honduras.

Each of LMI’s Program Managers oversee and manage one of the departments necessary for the life of the community at TLC. LMI’s location at The Leadership Center is an academic college campus that is also a residential community for students and staff, and the community runs their own water, electricity, utilities, and agriculture.
